1. Introduction

Welcome to Denspak, a web development and digital solutions company based in Ghana serving clients worldwide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Denspak provides:
- Full-stack web development (front-end and back-end)
- SEO optimization and structured data implementation
- Branding strategy and creative design
- IT consulting and digital marketing solutions and other services
All services are delivered under agreed project terms, timelines, and payment schedules.

3. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and timely feedback during projects.
- Ensure any content, images, or data shared with Denspak are legally owned or licensed.
- Respect agreed timelines for approvals, payments, and deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

- Completed projects (websites, designs, branding assets) remain the property of the client once full payment is received.
- Denspak retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of Denspak’s proprietary tools, templates, or content is prohibited.

5. Payments, Invoicing and Refunds Terms

- Payments must be made through approved channels (Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Payoneer, Paystack, or other agreed methods).
- Project costs are communicated upfront; changes in scope may incur additional charges.
- Refunds are only considered if services have not been delivered as agreed, subject to review by Denspak.
-Invoices are issued only when the client is ready to make the initial deposit.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

- 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
- 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to or at launch
- No project is scheduled or commenced without deposit confirmation

We reserve the right to request full upfront payment for promotional or special offers, without obligation to refund.

6. Pricing Adjustments Due to Economic Conditions

All pricing, including negotiated or previously quoted prices, is subject to change due to prevailing economic and financial conditions.

Factors include but are not limited to:

- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Inflation and operational cost changes
- Hosting, software, and third-party service pricing

For international clients, foreign currency pricing may be adjusted where significant volatility exists.

7. Domain Registration

- Domains are billed annually and paid in advance.
- Clients are responsible for timely renewal. Failure to renew may result in loss of the domain. Denspak is not responsible for domain loss due to late or non-payment.

8. Website Hosting

- Hosting is billed annually in advance and must be renewed before expiry.
- Failure to renew may result in suspension or deletion of files, emails, backups, or data. Denspak is not liable for losses arising from delayed payments.
- Hosting is provided via third-party providers. While reasonable security measures are taken, Denspak is not liable for disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Search Engine Performance

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. Basic SEO best practices are applied unless advanced SEO services are separately contracted.

10. Limitation of Liability

- Denspak is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our services.
- While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website uptime or third-party platform performance.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

- Client data is handled with confidentiality and used solely for project delivery.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or to facilitate service delivery.

12. Global Service Delivery

- Denspak serves clients in Ghana and internationally.
- Currency conversions, taxes, and international transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Local regulations may apply depending on the client’s jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana, unless otherwise agreed in writing with international clients.

14. Updates to Terms

Denspak reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
